The Fresno River is a river in Fresno California about 109km (68mi) and a major tribute to th San Joaquin River. It runs from the Sierra to San Joaquin line.

The Fresno River is formed by the confluence of Nelder Creek and Lewis Fork near Yosemite. Some maps make the confluence with Oak Creek in Oakhurst California.
The river crosses through many towns, creeks and crossings some like Oakhurst, Madera and State Route 41.
